RFO CDPAP

If you were not awarded the CDPAP contract there may be a chance that you can still be awarded according to the bill. All parties must wait until DOH sends out a survey and all CDPAP agencies who previously submitted an RFO will have the chance to respond to the survey. RFP LHCSA

We are still booking readiness assessments for LHCSA RFO as the state has stated this will still take effect.

What is the LHCSA

RFP?

If your agency bills Medicaid (straight, waiver, MLTC) you will have to submit a proposal and be awarded a contract to continue to bill Medicaid and MLTC's. Similar to the CDPAP RFO.

When will this happen?

Anytime Now! Once DOH announces it, agencies will have 30 days to submit a response!
