New York's Minimum Wage Increase for Home Care Aides

Dear Home Care Agencies,

As of October 1, 2022 the minimum wage for home care aides increased by $2 per hour as defined in Public Health Law 3614-c. Please ensure you are in compliance with the new increase effective 1, 2022.
