This is a pressing time for the CDPAP FI Providers. We are here to help explore options and to prepare Lead FI's for contract execution. Here are some tips on your rights and how to get prepared for next steps.
If you have not received a contract award,
OPTION A: DEBRIEF AND PROTEST
1. You have rights under the RFO. You have 15 calendar days to request a debriefing date.
What is debriefing? - From the technical score you should be able to see how you scored (technical score) SCORE technical offer out of 100 points
Request a debrief- You have 15 calendar days from 2/11/21 to as for a written debrief
During Debriefing you will get access to your applications strengths and weaknesses.

2. Protest- Must be in writing and filed. You have 10 business days of notice of the contract award or if a debriefing has been requested by the interested party, within 5 business days of the debriefing (whichever is later)
Things to Consider:
Protest must be factual and or legal and information that is substantial regarding but not limited to the following:
· Timely assistance of services
· Federal state law compliance
· Operational efficiencies
· Answer to the protest should be in 7 business days of filing the protest or when the BOC makes contract notification date whichever is later

· Financial assessments monitoring analysis
